Join us as we create a space where mothers and daughters can learn, connect, and grow together—one campfire at a time. Our Next Session: Empowered Bodies with Elease Sgarbossa, Founder of MDBY + Be Thursday 5/8, 5-7PM Join us for an empowering and fun movement class with Elease Sgarbossa, Founder of MDBY + Be. Together with our girls we will move, dance and have fun - celebrating our bodies and our bond just in time for Mother's Day. Elease Sgarbossa started MBDY + Be as a response to a need from her community: a safe space for women to work, play, sweat and just Be. "We are an eclectic community who come together to share Movement, Barre, Dance, and Yoga. As a community of individuals that embody the courage, strength, and grace of feminine power regardless of gender - we are not exclusive or elitist. We choose to move through life with open hands and open hearts. All are welcome to come and explore what it is to MBDY + Be.
